Very organized and efficient Ive Moved many times in the past couple years and ive used numerous moving companies; Friends and Family was by far the best moving experiance ive had! I was hesitant to EVER use a moving company again, during my last move i felt like i was highly over charged the men were sloppy and their character was somewhat suspect, i felt like i had to constantly push these men to work and when the men began to offload the truck i noticed a large portion of my belongings to have been damaged. when i called the company to discuss the damages i was told that ” this was to be expected during a move”. I felt helpless and in the end there was nothing i could do. I reluctantly was forced to call another moving company because of an injury i sustained at work and was fearing the worst however after using Friends and Family i know this not to be the case; the men were incredible! David who was the crew leader answered every question i had and never hesitated to do anything for me no matter how difficult. when the men delivered my items everything was in perfect condition! i can not say enough about this company from the office personnel down to the moving crew they made this move go more smoothly then i could have ever dreamed!
